Here's a conversation that took place in Nana and Papa's kitchen the other night.
SCENE: Nana, Papa, and Ayda are eating dinner. Mimi is going through Nana's cupbords looking for cornstarch.
PAPA: Why are you even cooking here...why can't you bake in your own home?
MIMI: Oh, I'm so sorry you don't like my presence in your life.
AYDA: Mimi, I like your presence in my life!
MIMI: THANKS AYDA!
NANA: I think Ayda means presents, not presence.
