Last weekend Mumma, Daddy, and I went to my friend Chelsea's wedding. Well, actually, she's Mimi's friend -- but I've known her for, like, my whole life...so she invited me to her wedding! We decided to leave Violee and Ian at home with Nana and Papa...they missed out on all the fun!
I had the BEST time at the reception. I was a superstar on the dance floor. I was busting out all my crunk moves and after ever song I'd cross my arms and say "What up?!?" There were two photographers there and they were snapping photos of me all night long. I was getting FAMOUS! Everyone was clapping and cheering for me. It was the best night ever!
Here are a couple of shots taken by Kate Crabtree Photography. I'm so INTENSE!

My First Apple Picking!
All Mumma and Daddy have heard lately is how bad of an apple season we're having here in Maine... obviously nobody told Conant's Orchard, because when we showed up there on Saturday with Nan and Pup, all the trees looked like this one! Sooooo many apples--I've never seen anything like it, LITERALLY!
When we first got there I had just woken up, so Daddy toted me around in my Boba. That was pretty good for awhile...
...after all, I could still pick these guys (it's just my size!)
AND eat them!
Bis Sis had a few to eat too. (She eats with such style!)
I was even sharing with everyone... it's my new party trick.
Even though I'm not big enough to climb the ladders like Sissy,
I still got to go up in one of the trees--thanks to Pup!
Apple picking was really fun and I'm glad that Mumma and Daddy like to take us every year. Now if I could just get them to stop acting so foolish so that they don't embarrass us...
I suppose when you're this cute, though, it's hard for anyone to notice the crazy people who cart you around everywhere.
Happy Autumn Everyone!!

Fun With Moustaches
Hey guys! My name is Ian and I am the new baby of the family! I'm about 5 weeks old now, and already I'm wondering if I was born into the right family. I mean...look what my parents made me do tonight...
What did I do to deserve this humiliation!? Oh my goodness is this embarrassing. I'm pretending to be really bored in the hopes that my parents will lose interest. I'd like to take this moment to introduce my father....good grief.
That's him in the fez alright. He had a lot of fun with this. And don't think my mother was left out of this event...she's the one taking the photos! She thought this was appropriate behavior! She, too, thought this was hilarious! Man, my parents need to get out more...

First Days of School!
So as you may, or may not, already know--I'm a kindergartner now. I am 5, after all (even though I like to tell people that I'm pretending to be 6).
The first day of school was a nice sunny one and even though I wanted to wear pants, Mumma convinced me to wear my cute, pink, corduroy skirt... something about corduroy being THE back to school fabric. Whatever. Of course, I had to add my own flair with my sparkly headband.
I even picked out a new backpack for this year. My little owl one wasn't big enough to carry all the homework I'm sure we'll get! Do you know Skippyjon Jones? He's pretty awesome... look it up.
Mumma brought me to school the first day, but on the second day, the BEST thing happened... I got to take the BUS!! I take it every day now. Did I mention I'm 5?
Vilee came out with Mumma and I to wait. She was having a bad-hair moment.
We played a game to see who could see the bus coming around the corner first... I probably won. See it?!
I was so excited to ride that big bus that Mumma had to pull me back for a hug and a kiss! I'm so brave that I jumped right on and grabbed a seat.... no big deal.

Pretty soon I start full days and I'll get to ride this bus a whole lot more-- I'm pretty excited about that.
Did I mention that I'm 5?

A Trip to Camden
Last weekend we had friends in town! Ginny, Bob, Eric, and Allison were visiting their new home in Camden. I had only ever met Ginny—so I was pretty excited to meet the rest of the Holmes gang! Unfortunately, Heather and her family couldn't make it. I'll have to meet them some other time :(
Nana, Papa, Mimi, and Shane, along with the Sonnenbergs, all went to visit! It was so much fun! Here I am upstairs looking down...
And here is a photo of Ginny talking to Ian. I wonder if she knows he's like, just 4 weeks old here and can't understand a word she is saying...
Ian is so small that sometimes I wonder if he's a real person at all. This is when I take my pointer finger and poke him in the face to see if I get a reaction....
We all had a really good time, and I hope we can visit them again. Here's a funny photo of Bob, Shane and Eric all wearing the same hat! Clearly Papa and Daddy didn't get the memo...

We have this new kid in our family...you may have heard about him. His name is Ian and he came too. I'm not 100% sure I really like this new baby -- he seems to take a lot of attention away from me. For example, here is a photo of Nana pandering to Ian's hiccups. I mean...really?
