Summer 2012 Highlights

We've done some really fun stuff this summer and I'm sad that it's going to end within the next couple of weeks!  Here are some pictures of the cool stuff that has happened to Me, Vilee, and the rest of my family...

We flew in an airplane to Florida and did some funny things

 and met some very important people.

We took some daring adventures like this roller coaster at SeaWorld

and Violet took her first swim. (I guess it was exhausting!)

We visited the coast and went fishing off the dock after a really fun and fast boat ride!

We welcomed a new addition... Baby Ian Brooks Perry, which meant that I became a cousin in my own state (I don't get to see my New York cousins very often... so this is a real treat!)

And now I've topped all this fun off with a new hairstyle for school!  Mumma took me to the salon so that I could chop off a few more inches and even up the bottom.  The lady kept telling Mumma how uneven it was... I don't think Mumma appreciated it.  I am pretty wiggly when she cuts it at home!

I'm showing off my new prize possession here in this 'fresh cut' picture--my Hello Kitty big-girl  cup.  I keep stealing Vilee's sippy cups, so Mumma said if I promised to stop I could pick out my OWN big-girl cup.

I stopped immediately.

So now it's on to Fall and a new year! I'll be a BIG kindergartner now and that's going to carry a lot of responsibility!  I'll probably have to do all the things adults do now... I am 5, after all.
