Red Rocks!

We went to check out Red Rocks on a not-so-sunny day. There was a concert going on at the time but I didn't know any of the musicians -- obviously -- I'm only 1 year old.

And since I'm only 1 year old I can't read.


Just so you know I did not fall and lose my life. Thank goodness!

Water Baby!

We stayed at the Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge and it was AWESOME! Mama, Daddy and I had our own little suite with a kitchenette! Adorable! On our first full day me, Mama, Daddy and Mimi spent some time at the playground.


I went down the slides and crawled through tunnels. It was so much fun.


Know what else I did? I ran through a crazy sprinkler with all my clothes on!



I had never seen anything like it! The water came right out of the ground! And boy was it COLD!

Eric's Wedding

After a day delay we got into Denver! I was a good girl on my first plane ride. I didn't scream or anything. We had just enough time to have some lunch and take a nap before we had to head out to the church for Eric and Alison's wedding.


Don't we look swell? The church had a "cry room" for naughty babies who made a fuss. I wasn't the least bit upset but I was all talk so Daddy and Mama watched the ceremony in the cry room with some other babies. It was a blast!


The reception didn't start until late and I was really pooped -- but I bucked up and didn't complain -- even though it was HOURS past my bedtime. I danced a little bit but really I just wanted to be held.



We didn't get back to the hotel until around 11 pm! I've never been up that late in my whole life!

I've been trying for weeks to get some video of Ayda walking... but whenever I remember to grab the camera she often has other plans. I did manage a few quick snip-its so that you could see her cruising around. She really moves quite well now! You can even hear her 'talk' in one of these :)

These boots were made for....

... well, not walking, that's for sure!



I just love putting on Mommy and Daddy's shoes lately. Mama had to help me into these fancy boots- don't they just look smashing with my outfit?! And don't be fooled by this picture- I'm not falling over, I'm simply jumping up and down. Mama says I'm clever- I really must agree.

Time flies...

I just can't believe how far we've come in 15 months! Where has the time gone? Where has my little baby disappeared to?


I thought I'd place an old photo and a relatively new photo on here so you could all see what a difference there is.

I kinda miss the days of floppy heads and nursing....
