Bladder Infection

So that's what was wrong with me. Along with having a cold of course. A BLADDER INFECTION! I'm on drugs now and they are bringing me back to my silly old self.

I met our family friend Bob Holmes yesterday. I didn't want him to hold me even though he seemed nice. Maybe I'll feel more up to socializing when I see him again in August at Eric's wedding....

Sweet Sweater

Do you like my sweater? It's from Ecuador! Mimi got it for me in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She bought it MONTHS ago but it's just fitting me now.

Hospital Visit...

Here is a photo of me and Daddy at the Eastern Maine Medical Center a few weeks ago. Mama and Daddy took me to the emergency room because of my rash, fever and puking.


Mama took me to get my blood drawn today. I got a silver sparkly Band-Aid. I hated it. HATED IT.

Blue jean baby queen...

...prettiest girl that I've ever seen!

Nana made the pretty sweater. Those little feet are so cute!
Ayda has been a sicky baby for the past month or so. We can't figure out what's wrong but she's had a fever. Last night she puked all over John. Poor little thing. Mama gave her some cherry flavored baby tylenol -- that seems to be the only thing to give her. Daddy picked her up from daycare earlier this morning because she wasn't feeling well. Poor little pumpkin.

New Hibiscus Outfit!

Nana and Papa bought me this new outfit when they were in Portland last week. I think my pretty pink bow clip really adds an extra touch to the whole ensemble.


They also bought me this cool yellow ball! It's really easy for me to hang onto because of the nubbs.


I love to stand up while holding on to the coffee table. I can't quite pull myself into a standing up position yet, but I was really working hard at it the other day.

crawling...

This crawling thing has me a little nervous.


Mama and Daddy bought baby gates this weekend. One for the stairs and one for around the wood stove. I like to play this game where I crawl towards the DVD player and Mama says "aaaaayyyydddaaaa...." really slow like I'm in trouble. But I keep crawling towards it, laughing the whole way. Like I'm going to be in trouble...
